Digital banking

Everyday banking, without the branch.

Open an account from your phone, hold supported currencies side by side and move money across borders, from the same app that holds your supported digital assets.

What is in the account

A full account, not a wallet

Everything you expect from a bank account, delivered through an app rather than a branch, and sitting alongside your supported digital assets rather than separate from them.

Multi-currency accounts

Hold supported currencies side by side in one account, each with its own balance, rather than opening a separate account per market.

International transfers

Send and receive across supported corridors, with the reference and status of every transfer visible in the app.

Foreign exchange

Convert between supported currencies inside the account. The rate and any fee are shown before you confirm.

Everyday payments

Pay people and businesses, schedule recurring transfers, and keep payees saved for next time.

One balance view

Currencies and supported digital assets appear together, so you can see the whole position without switching apps.

Statements and records

Searchable transaction history and downloadable statements, available whenever you need them.

Opening an account

Four steps, start to finish

Verification happens before the account goes live rather than after, so the controls are done once and the account works from the moment it opens.

  1. Apply

Start in the app with your name, contact details and country of residence. It takes a few minutes.

  2. Verify

Upload an identity document and proof of address. Verification and screening complete before the account goes live.

  3. Fund

Transfer in from an existing account, or receive supported currencies and digital assets into your new one.

  4. Bank

Hold, pay, transfer and convert from a single balance view, on any device you sign in from.

Before you start

What to have ready

Most applications stall because a document is not to hand. Here is the full list, and what happens if automated checks cannot complete.

Have these ready

For a personal account.

  • A government-issued identity document, valid and not expired
  • Proof of address issued within the last three months
  • A mobile number you can receive a verification code on
  • Your tax residency and country of residence
  • Where your funds come from, for larger opening balances

If verification cannot complete

It is not a rejection.

  • A specialist reviews the application by hand
  • You are told exactly which document or detail is missing
  • Your progress is saved, so nothing has to be re-entered
  • The account opens once the outstanding item is cleared

Supported currencies

Hold what your life actually runs on

Supported currencies sit in one account, each with its own balance. Availability varies by market, and the current list is always shown in the app before you open a balance.

  • USD
  • EUR
  • GBP
  • SGD
  • HKD
  • JPY
  • CNY
  • More on the way

Currency balances and supported digital assets are held and treated differently. Digital assets are not deposits. Both appear in the same balance view, and the app labels which is which on every screen.
